This gives an overall sense of geography and atmosphere, something photographs have difficulty portraying.

We offer three video options. All of which are professionally filmed and edited.
Option 1: Video walk-through, highlighting key features, edited to a suitable music track, video uploaded to internet for link/embedding and a DVD copy for seller.
Option 2: Narrated video introduction showing the surrounding area, townland, countryside etc. Narrated video walk-through the property, highlighting the key features. Video uploaded to internet for link/embedding and a DVD copy for seller.
Option 3: Narrated video introduction showing the surrounding area, townland, countryside etc. Professional presenter who will walk through the property highlighting all the key features while enthusiastically selling your property. The walk-through with the presenter can be filmed in several ways. Either, straight to camera, walk and talk with the agent or walk and talk with the seller. The edited video uploaded to internet for link/embedding and a DVD copy for seller.
